Body Whisper is an innovative approach to fitness, we are all about results; but even better, we are all about improvement

Body Whisper trains fitness in a 5 tiered fitness approach that works synergistically with each other and your body to give you life long results. We guarantee that what you learn and practice with Body Whisper, you can practice at home, on the go, even if you have no gym membership or travel to Taiwan.

 

Our classes are 1 hour of pure fun and fitness, you learn how to perform the right way and why, and we include complimentary nutrition each time you come. IE. We will feed you.

 

Come work out with head trainer and fashion model Crystal Okorie. Crystal comes from an athletic background in basketball, crew, and track; and has an extensive background of working with professional athletes and in senior citizen rehabilitation. She has worked for professional gyms Crunch and Equinox and has a specialized background in body shaping and training techniques to create and shape both masculine and feminine figures.

 

Body Whisper is different than other training classes in that personal strengths and weaknesses are accounted for. Progression exercises to peak results are given to returning clients, and if you fall off of your routine, regression exercises that make it possible to catch back up are here.

 

Classes are performed in an intimate 10 person studio session so that you grow in a team community, while receiving adequate personal training. How many boot camps can say that? We train in gender specific classes. Meaning girls with girls. Boys with boys, but girls can enter into boys classes after passing an assessment test.

 

Here at Body Whisper, we are a mix between boot camp, pe, team sports, and fun
